Cannery Square Restroom Wrap
The seasons of Sherwood are most evident through the tunnel of trees along SW Sunset Blvd. It's an iconic spot in my memory that makes me look forward to every change of the seasons thrugh all the colors in the fall. Inspired by the trees marking the transitions through the town, the art on each side of the wrap connects the beggining and end seamlessly and has been divided by the sides of the external walls representing the seasons in order of (Front Door - Fall, Wall facing the street - Winter, Back wall - Spring, and the Wall facing the library/Splash Pad - Summer.) The scene is guided by a family of deer referencing the bronze sculptures installd on the Oregon street roundabout. There are robin birds flying through by a gilden light to repeat the cycles of nature in Sherwood.
